Everything you purchase on this website comes to you with FREE DELIVERY.
Items that are in stock are usually delivered within 7 working days (There are exceptions for large and heavy items or made to order items - which usually take 14 working days). An email will be sent to you confirming when we have dispatched your order.
Most of the items we send will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in do not worry - a card will be left through your door and you can either collect the goods from the local post office sorting centre or courier depot or call the courier to re-arrange a delivery at your convenience.
We can track many of the items we send using our integration systems with the various courier companies. If you have not received an item 14 days after we have dispatched please let us know and we will endeavor to put tracking in place. However some items cannot be tracked until 21 days from dispatch has past. If this is the case with your order we will let you know when you email us.
Some items may be made to order (this is usually specified in the product description) these items are on a longer delivery timescale. The delivery timescale is usually specified in the product description on our website. Delivery for games tables (table tennis tables, pool tables, snooker tables, hockey tables etc) is usually 14-21 working days dependant on the item. If you order one of these products you will be contacted by email when your order is ready to be dispatched. It is critical for these orders that you are available to receive delivery. If you are not in at the specified delivery time, a charge will be made for re-delivery.
Out of stock items.
If a product is marked out of stock on our website it means that we are waiting delivery from our suppliers or our suppliers are themselves out of stock. The website will be updated when items are back in stock.
We try to keep our stock position as up to date as possible on our website. Occasionally we may go out of stock of an item just as you place your order, but the website still states the item is in stock (don't worry this happens only very occasionally on very fast selling lines). If this happens to your order we will let you know, place your order on 'backorder' and give you a new estimated dispatch date.
Returns.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If for any reason your goods are not what you expected or arrive damaged please let us know.
If you need to return an item, you must email us first. We will give you a returns number and this number must be placed either inside or on the outside of the package you send back to us.
Like most businesses we need to impose a limit on the time we will allow goods to be returned. Our returns policy is that goods to be returned must reach us within 14 days of your delivery. All goods must be in their original packaging, unused and fit for re-sale.
When items are returned we will check them against the reason for return and then either make an exchange or issue a refund. We make the refund as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods, but please allow 5 working days for us to make the refund and a further 14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We will only refund the cost of return postage to us if the goods were not what you ordered or arrived damaged or faulty.
Please try to make sure you double check everything prior to ordering especially sizing information. We offer sizing guides on our website - these are only guides though. Every person is unique so our guidance is very broad and general.

We also take your privacy very seriously. We will not share any of your details outside the terms in our privacy policy.

Be vigilant when giving out your personal information. We will never ask for your account password or your bank account details by email. We will never ask for your credit/debit card four-digit security PIN under any circumstances. We have the facility on our website to create an account. This is a really beneficial service that allows you to track the status of your orders you place with us and save all of your delivery details for future order you may make with us. When you place an order all we ask in addition to you normal order details is for you to create a password to use to log back into the site in the future. As we stated above this is 100% secure and we will never share your details.

Warranty Information.
Many of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. This warranty is usually detailed on or in the product packaging. You must follow the instructions on the packaging for warranty returns or questions. SPORTetc.co.uk are unable to enter into warranty related discussions, except for returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
